All jewellery offered on this website is handcrafted. Due to the artisanal nature of the work, slight variations in texture, finish, or appearance are a natural characteristic of handmade pieces.

Made to Order

Every piece is individually crafted to order in my studio, following a considered and personal process.

Please allow 3–14 days for creation and shipping, depending on the nature of the piece.

Should you require your piece by a specific date, you are welcome to reach out — I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

Bespoke and custom-made jewellery is created to the customer’s individual specifications and is non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or does not conform to the agreed specification.
By placing a bespoke order, the customer confirms approval of the design, materials, price, and estimated production time.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and jewellery pieces are original works and the exclusive intellectual property of Karolina Bik Jewellery. Any reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Product Information

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours, scale, and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade process.

Hallmarking

All pieces are hallmarked in accordance with the regulations of the Polish Assay Office (Urząd Probierczy).

Each item made from precious metals is officially tested and marked to confirm its authenticity and metal purity.

Below you will find a reference guide to the hallmarks used in my work, in line with Polish government standards.

Governing Law

All transactions are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU regulations. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
